Air conditioning is supplied via one window unit in the upstairs studio. The property is located in a valley with lots of shade, there are ceiling fans and all the windows can be opened and have screens, so we have not felt the need to update to a central AC system* *We own the neighboring property that shares the same entrance and driveway only. It may or may not be occupied during your stay* *Garage space is not part of vacation rental* *A surveillance camera is placed outside for your safety and security*
